There can be multiple reasons why your HSA card is declining. PayPal will not process HSA cards please use Cardx to process HSA payments.  You may not have the funds to process the full balance. Please try processing a smaller dollar amount. Verify information is correct including expiration date and CVV code.

Yes, please use contact form on home page to set up auto withdrawals.

In both payment options you may put in your email to have a receipt emailed to you. If you need a detail for your HSA, please use contact form on home page.
